Check-in
- Check-in from 2:00 pm, check-out until 12:00 pm; early check-in and late check-out on request, subject to availability
- A passport or another form of ID is required at check-in
- Staying with children is unrestricted; an extra bed is charged separately
- Quiet hours run from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am
Booking & cancellation
- A booking is guaranteed by a prepayment of part of the stay
- Free cancellation up to 2 days before the check-in date
- The prepayment is non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows
- Changing booking dates is arranged with reception by phone or e-mail

- The pools are open daily on the hotel's schedule; current hours are available at reception
- A shower is required before entering the pool
- Outdoor clothing and shoes are not allowed in the pool area

- Glassware and food are not allowed on the pool deck
